I agree!! I tend to end my journaling entries with my "marching orders" for the day, which are usually along the lines of remembering I'm loved and I love, or about kindness or attentivenes, or about going & kicking metaphorical ass.

Aw I love these! Mine are usually like ugh okay time to go back to work/life/get on with my day. I feel like I need to make far better use of this space! Thanks for the reminder 🥰

I never thought of it like this before but I totally do this too! Thanks for spelling out how important it is, and how writing for ourselves is how we ‘remember’ our truest selves and believe in our best selves!

Love how simple yet powerful each line is!!

"I want what I want and I don’t have to justify it."

Going to borrow that line now for my own journaling!!

I absolutely love this. It’s very similar to how I end my journal entries, it’s almost like an affirmation for how I’m going to move forward, a little pep talk per se.

Thanks for sharing these. I've been a bit stuck in my morning pages lately. They're just a ramble about all the things I feel I should be doing but I'm not. But, having noticed this, I'm trying to be more conscious and allow time for bigging myself up!

Oh yes, this is similar to what happens in my journaling. I'm soothing and cheering myself into life, my dreams and goals. Thanks for sharing your personal words.
